TWIM launches the Elizabeth Kassen Achievement of Excellence Award

Our board has just inaugurated the Elizabeth Kassen Achievement of Excellence Award, which will be bestowed annually on an individual who exemplifies the core values that Betsey has demonstrated as a person, as a swimmer and as a teammate.

Betsey is a cofounder of TWIM and has been one of the top distance USMS  freestylers in her age group for many years to date,  as well as past winner of the coveted Dawn Musselman award, which PNA presents to a person who symbolizes all that is excellent and inspirational about Masters Swimming.

Excellent and inspirational. Two words that describe you, Betsey. May we always strive to emulate your spirit, which is the very spirit of TWIM.

Votes are currently being taken for this first year’s winner, so stay tuned!
